ARTISTIC LICENSE: Since our products are all handmade, no two bars of soaps will look exactly the same. Please expect differences in our designs from time to time. If we do choose to change any ingredients that will be posted as separate product.

SHIPPING: We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. We do our very best to get products sent out within 48 hours. We ship items with USPS.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. Our soap, lotions and lip balms are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns. Please make sure to double check your shipping information before placing an order, we will not be responsible if you entered the wrong information.

COMPUTER ERROR: We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system. For example, if we price our lotion for $0.07 instead of $7.00 and you buy a million jars at $0.07 then we have the right to cancel your order due to a computer error or human error.

ALLERGIES: It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over. All of our products contain animal fat, we are not vegan company. We understand not everyone will enjoy our product. But there are plenty of vegan companies that are out there.
